This line enables a daily output of 500,000+ pieces (bowls, boxes, cutlery), covering the entire process from raw bamboo to ready-to-ship eco-friendly products.

Bamboo Preparation & Pelletizing

Through specialized granulation processes, we finely grind selected bamboo, scientifically proportion it, and transform it into pure, high-performance bamboo bio-granule. These bio-granules form the core foundation for subsequent eco-friendly product manufacturing. Every step is controlled, ensuring consistent quality, so that each bio-granule carries both the resilience of nature and our commitment to precision engineering.

Sheet Forming

Selected bio-granules undergo precise drying and uniform mixing, then are formed into high-quality sheets with consistent thickness and dense texture in advanced extrusion systems. This stage not only determines the flatness and strength of the product but also carries infinite possibilities for subsequent deep processing, whether for tableware, or packaging, it all starts here. With stable craftsmanship, we ensure every square meter of sheet meets the dual standards of sustainability and high quality.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming unlocks limitless possibilities for sheets: high-strength bamboo-based sheets are precisely heated and instantly shaped using precision molds with positive and negative pressure matching. Rapid cooling results in dimensionally stable, lightweight products such as lunch boxes and trays.

Injection molding

Injection molding : bamboo bio-granules are melted at high temperatures and injected under high pressure into precision molds, forming seamless, smooth, and durable tableware like knives, forks, and spoons in one step.
