Completely plastic-free. No PLA. No PBAT. No CPLA. No poly lining. We use bamboo powder + bamboo bio-based resin. If you send a sample to a lab, they will find zero synthetic polymers. We've done this three times for different importers.

How many days until it fully breaks down?

Under industrial composting conditions (temperature, humidity, microorganisms), it takes 128 days to decompose. In a home compost bin? Longer—up to 175 days. In a landfill? Even slower, because landfills are oxygen-deficient. But unlike plastic, it will eventually decompose and will not produce microplastics.

Does it leak? Especially with hot, oily food?

We've tested it with 80°C curry, BBQ sauce, and soupy noodles. No leakage through the bottom. The seal between compartments (if you order multi-compartment) is tight but not watertight – thin liquids like soy sauce can creep between sections if you shake the tray aggressively. For oily foods, it's fine.

What is your standard lead time for a first-time OEM order of 100,000 pieces?

For a standard stock shape with custom branding/packaging, our typical lead time is 25 to 30 days from deposit confirmation and artwork approval. If your project requires custom tooling (a completely new tray size, unique depth, or specific compartment configuration), the initial mold design and CNC fabrication add 15 to 20 days to the front end of the timeline.

They work with both. Because the edge flanges are rigid and highly heat-resistant, you can run these trays through standard commercial heat-sealing machines using standard or bio-based top films. If you prefer matching lids, we manufacture both custom snap-on bamboo lids and transparent, recyclable options.

We use a clean, food-safe thermal compression method combined with a natural, plant-derived bio-resin. Traditional eco-friendly options often blend in PLA or PBAT to save manufacturing costs, but those require industrial composting temperatures ($55^\circ\text{C}+$ with specific moisture levels) to break down. Our material is engineered to degrade naturally via standard microbial action in soil or home compost systems.

Do you provide full traceability and testing documentation for PFAS and heavy metals?

Yes. We do not expect you to take our word for it. Every production batch is fully traceable, and we provide comprehensive testing reports from independent third-party laboratories (such as SGS or TÜV). These documents certify that the product is 100% PFAS-free, meets FDA and LFGB food-contact requirements, and complies with heavy metal restrictions under RoHS.
